Compliments and Complaints
Thankfully we get very few complaints, in 2017 we had just 8 complaints to head office out of a total of over 24,000 transactions. On the other hand we get dozens of emails praising staff at all of our centres. However, if you are not happy for any reason……
Please return to or call the local centre manager in the first instance where they will attempt to resolve your issue quickly and efficiently. contact numbers are listed above.
If you are unable to resolve the issue locally please contact us by email at the head office email address above, listing your details, the vehicle number, the invoice number and a telephone number that we can contact you on.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to agree a resolution to your complaint, we will refer you to the Independent Garage Association resolution service in the first instance as they are acknowledged experts in vehicle repairs. If you would prefer, you can also use the Which? Trusted Trader Dispute Resolution Service. MOT complaints are handled by DVSA , the details of which are listed on the MOT notice board at each centre. A completed appeal form VT17 will be required by DVSA . these forms can be obtained from any MOT test centre or downloaded from the internet.
